The Bay of Colwyn community plan team is about to start work on preparing a Place Plan to align with: 

 

• Conwy County Borough Councils Replacement Local Development Plan   

 

• Conwy & Denbighshire Public Service Boards Local Area Wellbeing Plan 

 

The Place Plan work is expected to be completed in a 12–18-month period and is sponsored by the Bay of Colwyn Town Council, with assistance from Planning Aid Wales and supported by the planning team at Conwy County Borough Council.
